She may be purchased one of two ways... with Tube License OR with Tube/AsIs/Recolor License! Please read terms below for each of her licenses!
This pack IS NOT and WILL NOT be in my Member's area and is being sold as a "Limited Edition" (10 of 10 available). She comes complete with Tube License for just $15.00 ($12.50 for Gypsy Pixels Members).
You may tube the outlines and, of course, make anything purchasable from the tubes within the set (as per my standard TOU)!

In addition, you may use the outlines, bases and tubes "As Is" within a protected member's area AND can ReColor the tubes and bases to your own tastes!
