Once you become a member at Gypsy Pixels you are entitled to discounted prices to either Renew or Upgrade your membership at ANY time BEFORE your membership expires. After your membership expires, if you wish to rejoin you are no longer entitled to discounted renewla/upgrade prices.
If you have a website you are required to place your Gypsy Pixels membership logo and link it back to me at www.gypsypixels.net on your site within a week (7 days). Placint this on a "Credits" or "Membership" page is fine.
All Outline graphics found within my membership area or as linkware were either created wholly by me, in collaboration with another artist, or purchased/gifted to me for use "As Is". All Tubes found within my membership area have been created from my own outlines or the outlines I have colored utilizing various memberships and licenses available to me or through the purchase of outline packs which allow the rights for me to offer them as tubes. My various memberships, licenses and/or purchase certificates may be viewed in my "Credits" section.
You may NEVER share or give out your USERNAME or PASSWORD to another, for any reason, under any circumstances. The penalty for doing so is the immediate termination of your membership, with NO refund given. IPs are logged and reviewed on a regular basis.
Once payment has been made and received and you have logged into the site NO refunds will be given.
"Hot Linking" is theft of bandwidth and will NOT be tolerated! Any hotlinking to any of my graphics is considered reason to terminate your membership without refund!
No items within my member's area may be shared, in part or in whole, with anyone else for free or for purchaseware. Outlines, tubes and other graphics may NOT be shared in Yahoo, MSN, Google or any other such group. They may not be re-sold or added to any CD collections for sale.
I have two mailing lists which you may join. One for updates only and one which allows chat and advertising of your own site in addition to my own updates and announcements. Neither is mandatory.
If you have been proven to have broken other site's or artists Terms of Use, or my own, in any way you will be removed from my membership area with no refund given and banned from this site. Please note that I don't just ASSUME that if person A says you did something that it means you DID do something! I must be shown PROOF before I will take this step!
If you want to join just to cause trouble, create unwanted drama, or play "Graphic Narc" you are NOT welcome here! If you find items that are disputed as someone elses, or look like they might be distant relations of your Uncle Fred, or any such thing, contact ME about it! I'll be more than happy to look into it, trace it back, whatever it takes to resolve such a dispute, up to and including contacting various site owners involved.
I do not require the purchase of an additional license to tube my outlines for personal or profit (tube packs, member's area, etc.) use. The ONLY membership that you can purchase that does NOT allow you to tube my outlines is the One Month Trial Membership.
If you wish to use MY (Gypsy Pixels ORIGINAL works ONLY) graphics for any offline crafting uses, I do require the purchase of a special "OffLine Crafter's License". This is a low one time fee and is considered a "lifetime" license.
I do, occasionally, offer an EXTREMELY limited amount of "As Is" licenses for some of my outlines. These are rare and few and far between! I also have an even MORE limited number of "Special Licenses", which allow "As Is" and "Line Alteration" usage for MY outlines ONLY. Those that hold such licenses are the ONLY ones allowed to ever offer any of my outlines in an "As Is" or in an "altered" form.
I do NOT currently offer a "Tutorial" license. My graphisc may not, in ANY way, be used for the creation of tutorials.
If you are removed involuntarily (ie BANNED) from my membership area for ANY reason you may NOT, in ANY way, continue your use of ANY graphics (whether my own or created through my various memberships) in ANY way, for ANY reason! There will be NO refund given.
I do NOT require that you have a web site to join, however I DO require credit for any use of items from within my member's area when they are used. A text link or a teeny little note on the graphic itself is fine.
I do not REQUIRE access to your own member's area (if you have one) to check up on you, BUT I may ask for it from time to time if something is questionable or just to peek and check things out. If I do ask for such know that I will not, in ANY way use anything within your member's area!
If your membership expires and you continue to use anything from Gypsy Pixels you MUST keep your membership banner up with a link back to www.gypsypixels.net somewhere on your site (if you have one).
Please pay promptly! If payments have NOT been made within 48 hours of receipt of the PayPal invoice, a reminder will be sent to you. You then have 24 hours to make payment or I will cancel the payment request and consider your order cancelled. If you can NOT make prompt payments for some reason, please contact me just to let me know and don't leave me "hanging" because it's not polite! If, within 24 hours of ordering you have not RECEIVED a PayPal invoice, please CONTACT me using my contact form!
I'm sorry, but in this particular type of business there can be NO refunds given. No exceptions will be made on this matter.
All memberships, other than the one month "Trial Membership", include the right to tube all outlines found within my member's area for personal use and for profit (tube packs, member's areas, etc.).
If you draw your own clothes, hair, props. etc. for any of my Gypsy Pixels originals ONLY) characters you are free to redistrubute them, of course. THOSE are your OLs to do as you wish with.
There is NO additional licensing fee required to tube any outlines found at this site.
I do, occasionally, offer Limited Edition "As Is" licenses for some of my outlines. Each license is sold limited to 5 (five) and is good ONLY for the "Character" (ie : named Doll character) it is specified for, and is good for ANY current or future lines created for that character ONLY.
I do NOT allow alteration or resizing of my outlines except for minor modifications (a pixel here or there to fit an outfit better between poses, eye or mouth changes for animation purposes, etc.). The (extremely rare" exceptions to this rule are those who hold a "Special License", which allows both "As Is" and "Line Alteration". This license is NOT available to the "general public"!
You may create any graphic, for free or profit (tubes, tags, IM stationary, WebSets, etc.) that you wish once you have COLORED my outlines.

I DO allow the use of MY (GP originals) graphics for blank tags and premades for Member's areas ONLY (not for sale as such, but if you offer blank tags for your members to add their own names to, etc.).
You may NOT, at any time, offer any tubes whether puchased from me or within my member's area "As Is" in any form. This INCLUDES, but is NOT LIMITED to, CD collections, through MSN/Yahoo?Google groups. If you are found to have done so your membership will be terminated and NO refunds given.
You may NOT, in any way, alter, recolor, resize or change my tubes!
I do, occasionally, offer "GreyScale" (tool shaded) or "Blue Scale" (pixel shaded) layers of my OWN (Gypsy Pixel originals ONLY) within my member's area and also offer a "Custom Shading" service (once more, for Gypsy Pixels originals ONLY) sets for re-colouring purposes. These, and ONLY these, MAY be recolored.

You may DRESS my (Gypsy Pixels Originals ONLY) naked doll bases in clothing you have colored yourself using either my outlines or the use of various tutorials to create your own clothing/hair/accessories. These may THEN (and ONLY then) be offered as tubes either for purchaseware or within your own member's area, or used to create other graphics with for either personal or profit use.
Please do NOT just take my bases, and any clothing, hair or props I have already colored and slap them together and call them a tube! At least add a few items of your OWN work to it! I provide outlines for most of those items for you to color yourself for that reason. I provide the seperate colored pieces for you to make your own graphics from or for those who can't color or don't have the time to do so.
MINOR modifications MAY be made to dolls bases for animation purposes (winking, puckering, etc)
Eye and Lip colors may be changed as needed.
If using my bases the name MUST remain the same, unless special permission is granted for some reason.
My doll bases AND outlines MUST be dressed in at LEAST underwear (unless special permission has been granted to a specific site owner OR otherwise noted on the doll's Base and Outline page, such as a collaborative effort) before they may be offered as tubes.
Limited Edition Outline/Base Packs and Custom Packages purchased may be offered in ANY way you wish, however.
Any bases created through the use of any of my memberships (under Membership Tubes) may ONLY be dressed in their accompanying clothes and may NOT be changed in ANY way, including lip/eye recoloring, animation chages, etc.
For any OTHER tubes from my various purchases and/or memberships, they may NOT be added to tube/prop packs, but are instead intended for use as an "end product" (tags, stats, web set, premade, etc).
Member's Only Blank "Premade Graphics" MUST have text added to them, and/or other changes, before they can be redistributed! these items are meant as site decorations, or to be used as "adoptions" and such for your own adoption shops. PreMade graphics MUSt be credited back to www.gypsypixels.net if/when used.
Member's Only Adoptions and PurchaseWare "PreMade Graphics" may NOT be changed, altered, added to, etc., unless otherwise specified (such as name or date may be added, etc) on the order page. These are meant as adotions and/or site decorations for you to offer from your own adoption shops, sites, etc. They are NOT to be resold, although if your adoptuion shop is a paid membership site that is fine. Each PreMade comes with a "Purchased From" and an "Adopted At" logo.
LINKWARE Adoptions may be requested for yourself or another. Each come with an "Adopted from" logo which MUST accompany each adotopn and be linked back to me (www.gypsypixels.net) when used. Adoptions may NOT, in any way, be altered, shared through groups, added to CD collections, etc.
Blank Siggies/Siggy Bundles may ONLY have your name or the name of your friend(s) added to them. They must NOT be re-sold, or added to member's areas in any way, but MAY be given as gifts (forums, friends, etc). Proper credit to Gypsy Pixels is required when used online or in siggy boxes and, if it is a gift for someone they must be made aware of where the tags is from and provided with the link to Gypsy Pixels.
Purchaseware and Linkware (gifted by me) SigTags must remain credited to me (www.gypsypixels.net) when used.
Gypsy Pixels member's may request 2 (two) SigTags per calendar month from my Limited Edition Purchaseware section for free OR one SigTag and matching IM stationary.
Purchaseware and Member's Only IM Stationary may NOT be ripped, nor may the graphics be used in any other manner than AS a "stationary". You MAY convert them, if you need to, for use in Outlook/OE.
Free/Linkware Outlines may be tubed for personal and/or commercial purposes and must be credited to Gypsy Pixels (www.gypsypixels.net) when used.
Free/Linkware tubes may be used to create graphics (SigTags, IM stationaries, site decorations, adoptions, etc.) for personal and/or commercial purposes and must be credited to Gypsy Pixels (www.gypsypixels.net) when used.
Free/Linkware tutorials may be used for personal and/or commercial purposes. A link back is appreciated but NOT required.
Free/LinkWare IM Stationary may NOT be ripped, nor may the graphics be used in any other manner than AS a "stationary". You MAY convert them, if you need to, for use in Outlook/OE.
Gypsy Pixels receive some type of discount on ALL purchaseware made FROM Gypsy Pixels, except for SigTags.
Gypsy Pixels members may request 2 (two) Purchaseware SigTags OR 1 (one) SigTag and matching IM stationary each calendar month in lieu of a discount.
All Discounts are noted on the appropriate purchaseware page, prior to the order form. Make a note of your member number (it is on your member logo!) and add that to the appropriate place in the form when ordering to claim your discount.
All Limited Edition Outline and Custom Outline/Base packs INCLUDE the right to tube your results for personal and/or profit usage and to use the included outlines/bases As Is within a member's area ONLY. Items from these packs may NOT be sold, auctioned or redistributed in "As Is" outline packs or collections.
All Tube packs INCLUDE the right to use your resulting END USE graphics for personal and/or profit useage. Items from these packs may NOT be sold, auctioned or redistributed in "As Is" packs or collections.
Please credit their usage back to Gypsy Pixels (www.gypsypixels.net) when items from my purchaseware areas are used!
Ad Space, Plug Boards, Sponsors, etc : Gypsy Pixels is NOT responsible for the content on any other site EXCEPT for Gypsy Pixels itself!
Trades : I only trade Lifetime with Tube licenses for the same! If the site I have traded with does NOT update reasonably (at least once a month or so) without good reason (illness, etc) I reserve the right to terminate the trade. I do NOT trade with everyone who asks, but I will always at least look at your site to see if I'm interested in the trade! I will NOT just ignore your request, although it may take a day or three to get back to you!
Auctions and Auction Sites : Creations made using graphics from Gypsy Pixels may be "actioned" at graphic auction sites. These MUST be completed graphics (tubes made from my outlines, premades, SigTags, Web Sets, etc.). There must a credit link to show that items from my site (outlines by, tubes from, etc) somewhere within your auction information.
OffLine Crafting : If you wish to use Gypsy Pixel graphics, whether Purchased or Created through your Membership here, for OFFLINE Commercial purposes, you MUST obtain a Seperate "Crafting" Licence. Offline PERSONAL USE is fine, however! Please note that a "Crafter's License" is ONLY good on Gypsy Pixels ORIGINAL creations/characters, whether it is OL, Tube or Graphic!
Limited Edition Character "As Is" Licenses : These licenses are ONLY good for the character (doll) named ON the license and FOR the purchaser of the license. See above for details of usage.
Special Licenses : These licenses are ONLY for the site or person named ON the license logo. These liceses are for both "As Is" and "Line Altering" purposes and have VERY special and specific terms attached to them. Any found breaking these tersm will have their membership and any and al licenses revoked IMMEDIATELY with no refund given!!! These license holders are all emailled a copy of their specific rights and allowances and any updates/revisions to their usage along with their licensing logo.
